Jim Phillips brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jim is the founder of Pegasus Capital Management, LLC a private wealth management and investment banking firm. Prior to founding Pegasus, he served as Executive Vice President & the Chief Executive of Investment Advisory Services at myCFO, LLC, a $5.6 Billion asset management firm.  Prior Jim served head the Bank of America Private Bank in Southern California and in leadership roles with First Interstate Bank combined for over two decades, with particular emphasis in private banking, trust, investment and commercial banking services. Jim graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in both Economics and French. He also attended Columbia University Reid Hall Foreign Studies Program, Paris, France, and is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School.

Michael Walker joined Pegasus in 2002 and brings over 30 years of relevant experience. Prior he served as Chairman & CEO of Payment Programs Management Corporation (PPMC). PPMC provides credit card management services and advanced data analytics to departments and agencies of the Federal Government. Before creating PPMC, Mike was the first chief operating officer as well as co-founder of Zowi Corporation which created a stored value payment card platform developed in conjunction with American Express. Prior to that he was senior vice president and general manager at First Data Resources, the largest 3rd party credit card processor in the world. Mike joined First Interstate Bank in 1980 after serving in several senior administrative positions at the University of Chicago. While at First Interstate he held a variety of line, staff, and management positions including chief executive of First Interstate Bancard, Special Assistant to the CEO, and Chief of Staff (COS). As COS first for the Orange County and the Inland Empire (OCIE Region 1986 - 1990) and then for all of Southern California from San Diego to Santa Barbara (SC Division 1990 - 1992) he was responsible for all of the staff functions of the bank: finance, marketing, branch operations, human resources, corporate properties and facilities, legal, community relations, data administration and technology planning. He is a native of Montana and has been very active in Montana state as well as national political activities. He is a long time advisor and fundraiser for several members of the House and the Senate. Mike holds a BA in philosophy, and an MBA in economics and finance. Both degrees are from the University of Chicago.

Jim Chamberlain is a highly respected professional with over 30 years of financial management accomplishments in private and public companies, Mr. Chamberlain has extensive industry experience in chemical and petroleum manufacturing, publishing, EDI systems for health care, real estate, internet services and product distribution. During the past five years he has served as the CFO for a major California private family office. He has also held senior executive positions with Times Mirror Corporation, and Occidental Petroleum. He began his career in finance with Ernst and Ernst in San Francisco. Mr. Chamberlain holds a BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Ed Machoskie has over 20 years of experience as an executive providing advice and counsel related to the investment, trust and banking needs of wealthy individuals, families and business owners. He has worked for several top tier investment firms on fiduciary and brokerage platforms functioning as both a relationship manager and business development officer. Most recently Ed co-managed a team of seven professionals responsible for 80 families with assets in excess of $2 billion dollars at U.S.Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Ed has built an extensive network of professional advisors, investors and bankers who serve wealthy individuals and family offices. Ed resides in Newport Beach California with his wife of 19 years, Katie, along with their four children. Ed is an active supporter and volunteer for Newport Beach Little League and Corona del Mar Girls Lacrosse.
